Sacred Wayfinding is a 1:1 ritual space for people who are in between stories: something has ended or is changing, and the next shape of your life hasn’t fully arrived yet. Together, we create a gentle ceremony to honor what has passed, be with what is true now, and make quiet room for what is emerging.
Instead of advice or a plan, we co‑create a held, intuitive ritual that helps you listen inward. We might work with candlelight, meaningful objects, writing, guided reflection, breath, and my beloved herb allies, through burning, sipping as tea, or creating a small talisman to carry with you. You do not need clarity, the “right” words, or a polished intention to begin; you can arrive exactly as you are, and the ritual will meet you there.Sacred Wayfinding offers more space and depth than my mini session, Lighting the Path; this is where we can wander further into the “deep forest” of your threshold season together.
What a Sacred Wayfinding session looks like
In a typical session, we might:
- Begin with a brief grounding so your body has a chance to arrive.
- Gently name what is ending, shifting, or tender in your life right now.
- Explore what your inner world is already sensing or asking for, at your pace.
- Work with herbs as allies. Perhaps choosing a tea for support, burning a small blend, or creating a simple talisman, as part of the ceremony.
- Shape a personal ritual together (for example: a letting‑go or threshold ritual, or a daily/weekly practice you can carry forward).
You’ll leave with:
- The experience of being witnessed in a sacred, non‑fixing way.
- A simple, personal ritual you can repeat on your own.
- One or more symbolic supports (like a phrase, object, or herb ally) to help you navigate this threshold season with more steadiness.
- A deeper sense of how this moment fits into the wider landscape of your life, not just where you are right now.
A note about my role
I am not a therapist, doctor, or crisis counselor. I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care, and this ritual space is not a substitute for therapy or medical support.
I come to this work as a trauma survivor and a long‑time student of grief, ritual, and nervous‑system‑aware healing. My approach is shaped by a combination of personal healing, education and study, and lived experience, and by deep respect for your own inner wisdom and pacing.
If you’re in acute crisis or needing clinical support, a licensed mental health professional or crisis line will be a better fit for what you’re moving through right now. You are always welcome to return to Sacred Wayfinding when you have that support in place and are looking for additional ceremonial or reflective space.
What this is and what it isn’t
This is:
- A sacred, intuitive ritual space.
- A place to feel, reflect, and be witnessed without needing to perform or be productive.
- A way to honor grief, transition, or inner change with ceremony, herbs, and gentle symbolism.
- Coaching, therapy, or crisis care.
- Advice, strategy, or a plan for your life.
- Someone else deciding what you should do next.
This is not:
Is Sacred Wayfinding for you?
This ritual may be a good fit if you are:
- In a season of transition or uncertainty (grief, relationship shifts, moves, identity changes, chronic illness, spiritual shifts).
- Feeling something move inside you and wanting to mark it with intention.
- Longing for a grounded, sacred space that honors your emotions and your pace.
- Open to ceremony, herbs as allies, intuition, and inner listening, even if you feel rusty or unsure.
- Ready for more time and depth than a short mini session can hold.
It may not be the right fit right now if you are:
- Looking for advice, direction, or a concrete plan.
- Seeking therapy, diagnosis, or emergency/crisis support.
- Wanting someone else to tell you what to do.
